This website

This site introduces Pupwell. It does not ask you to create an account, submit a journal or enter payment information. It has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, mailing-list form or non-essential cookies. Fonts and illustrations are served with the site rather than through a third-party font service.

Our hosting providers deliver the website and may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and the time of a request, for operation and security. This website does not connect to your Pupwell app account.

Your personal app space

In the current app, routines, journal entries, voice recordings, mood check-ins, focus and walk history, onboarding answers and preferences are saved on your device. They are not automatically backed up to a Pupwell cloud account. Supported exports let you keep a separate copy.

Your voice

Microphone permission is requested when you choose to record a voice journal. Recordings stay on your device. Pupwell does not automatically upload or transcribe them. You can review, save, export and delete recordings.

A connection you choose

Optional Friends features use Supabase for a private account identifier, chosen names, puppy profile, invitations, connections and notes you send. Selected-goal sharing requires your explicit choice. Your personal journal, mood check-ins and onboarding answers are not included in goal sharing.

You can remove a sent note, stop selected-goal sharing, disconnect or block a connection. Content you deliberately export or share is received by the destination you select. A widget may show the note or image you enable on your Home Screen.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat helps associate membership and purchase status with an app account identifier. Pupwell does not collect your full payment card details. Store terms and privacy information also apply.

Privacy contact

For privacy questions or data requests, email hello@trypupwell.app. Online account deletion is available in Pupwell through Settings, Account & backup, Manage or delete online account. Deleting the online account does not cancel an App Store subscription or clear personal data saved on your device.

Before release

Final app-specific information about the operator, server retention and regional privacy rights will be added before release. This pre-launch page is not a completed App Store privacy disclosure.
