A little help.

Choose a written page or a voice note from Journal. For voice, allow microphone access, record, then use Stop & review. Listen on the same screen before choosing Save or Delete. Free recordings allow up to five minutes; Plus allows up to thirty minutes. Saved recordings remain accessible if Plus ends.

Voice files stay on your device. Export audio separately if you want another copy. A general JSON data export contains recording metadata, not the audio itself.

Both people need their own active Plus membership to connect using an invite code. Your chosen names and puppy profiles identify you in your shared space. A note is sent only when you press Send. You choose which goals to share; your journal, mood check-ins and onboarding answers stay private.

You can remove a note, stop goal sharing, disconnect or block from the app. For help or to report shared content, email hello@trypupwell.app.

Choose a duration and start a focus session by the pool. Water sound and tilt interaction are optional. Leaving an active focus session before five minutes resets that session. A breathing break offers a separate, gently paced moment.

The available price, period and eligible trial are shown before you confirm a purchase. To cancel renewal, use your device's App Store subscription settings. Deleting Pupwell does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore purchases in the app to check store access.

Personal history and recordings currently stay on your device. Cross-device history recovery and automatic cloud backup are not connected. Keep a supported export before replacing or resetting a device. Resetting local data does not cancel a subscription or delete an online Friends account. Delete an online account from Settings, Account & backup, Manage or delete online account. Local reset is a separate action.

These permissions are optional and can be changed in your device settings. Microphone access is used when you choose to record a voice note. Reminders are requested only when you choose to enable them. Motion interaction gently moves your puppy in the pool.
